We are Architevo & Develovation Private Limited. Our office is set up at 524 A, Samanpura, which is right in the Raja Bazar New Capital area. We are based at Khairun Nisha’s place. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here for a while. We don't have a huge flashy sign or a giant lobby. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle our daily business. Raja Bazar is always crowded, so there is a lot of energy around us. We do a lot of development and architecture work from this small spot. Most of the time we are busy with drawings or talking to people about their projects. It's not a corporate setting with suits and ties. We are just local people working in Patna. We like being in Samanpura because it is close to everything we need. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers and maps we have lying around. That is just how we work. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just by walking past 524 A. It’s a simple way to do things but it works for us. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized as much as we can. Being part of the New Capital area keeps us connected to the city's growth. We’re just a practical team doing our thing every day.
