You can find us at the White House building in Anand Vihar Colony, right on the ground floor. We are on Ashiana Digha Road, which stays pretty busy with traffic most of the time. We’re quite close to the Bandhan Bank here in Patna. At Udbhav Architects, the office usually has a bit of dust on the tables from people coming in and out from different construction sites. We aren't really the type to have a polished corporate environment with matching furniture. It’s more like a workshop where we look at maps and sketches all day long. Some days are slow, and some days everyone is rushing to finish a plan before the sun goes down. We handle the basic stuff—getting the lines straight and making sure the space is used well. Patna has its own way of getting things done, and we’ve learned to work with that over the years. We don't promise miracles, just honest work on buildings. People in Ashiana Nagar know us as the folks who are always stuck behind their desks or out at a construction site checking on columns and slabs. We started this small, and it stays pretty much the same. We like the ground floor spot because it’s easy for people to just drop by without waiting for an elevator. We just keep our heads down, draw our plans, and try to make sure every brick ends up where it’s supposed to be. The tea stall nearby is our favorite spot for breaks.
