You can find us on the ground floor of Vansi Kutir in the Police Colony area. It’s on Ashina Digha Road in Patna, not far from the Allahabad Bank. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they have an idea for a building. We are architects, so there is always a lot of drawing going on. The office isn't very large, but we make it work. We have all our tools and computers set up for making plans. Ashiana Nagar is a decent place to be based. We see a lot of residential work coming through. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the practical side of architecture. Making sure the walls are where they should be and the stairs aren't too steep. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and sometimes with the builders too. We spend our mornings looking at the latest drawings and our afternoons often out at sites checking things. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction around us. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just tell you what we think about your project. It's a small team and we've known each other for a long time. It feels like a local shop more than anything else. Most days we are just drinking tea and trying to get the dimensions right.
