Our office is tucked away in Shashi Complex at Plot G 15. It’s right on Exhibition Road in the Fraser Road area, not far from Narayan Plaza and Gardanibagh. This part of the city is always crowded and noisy. We have a small space on the ground floor which makes it easier for people to drop in. The complex is a bit old, and the hallways can be dark, but our unit is well-lit. We deal with a lot of trading paperwork and logistics. There are stacks of files on almost every surface. We don't have any modern minimalist furniture; it’s just sturdy wooden desks and some old metal chairs. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to people who come by with deliveries. It’s a busy environment. We usually have the fan going full blast because it gets stuffy with all the paper around. We’ve been in this location for a few years now. It’s a good spot because we are close to everything we need. Sometimes the traffic on Exhibition Road makes it hard to get here on time, but we manage. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure the orders get processed correctly. It’s a simple operation, really. Nothing too flashy, just honest work in a busy part of town.
