We are based on Gola Road in the Barun Colony. Our office is in the Bondhugardan Apartment, specifically in Flat Number 302. The company is called Alenza Institute (Opc) Private Limited. Being an OPC means it’s a small, one-person company setup, though we do have some help from time to time. The apartment is a good spot because it’s right in the middle of a busy part of Patna. We use the living and dining areas as our main work zones. It is a bit unconventional compared to a standard office building, but it works for us. We have our computers set up and plenty of space for files and books. Gola Road has everything we need nearby, so it’s a convenient location. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or a security guard at a desk. We just manage the place ourselves. It feels more like a home than a business, which makes it a comfortable place to spend the day. Most people who come to see us are looking for information on the institute and what we do. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We just tell them what we know and see if we can help. It’s a very direct and honest way of doing things. We like the independence of working this way.
