Our place is located in Anand Vihar Colony, right near the Sri Ram Utsav Hall in the New Jaganpura area of Patna. Raju Kumar is the person in charge here. It is a busy neighborhood, and during wedding season, the hall nearby gets really loud with music and people, which makes our work day interesting. We handle food and beverages, mostly keeping track of what is in the store and what needs to go out to the shops. The office is basically just a room with some storage space attached to it. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. We use simple English and talk to each other like neighbors because that is what we are. The dust from the road often comes inside, so we are always cleaning the counters. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure our bottles and snacks reach the people who want them. Sometimes we have a tea break under the shade of the building when the Patna sun gets too strong. It is just a small business run by regular people who live nearby. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the shift. That is what Agira is about.
