Horti Flora Seed Farms

You can find us at No. 124 in New Green Park, Tripuri. Horti Flora Seed Farms is basically our life's work. We spend our days surrounded by seeds and plants of all kinds. It’s a green space in a busy area, and we like it that way. The air always smells a bit like earth and growing things. We aren't a big corporation with fancy packaging. We mostly sell to local gardeners and people who want to grow their own food. The shop is filled with rows of jars and bags, all labeled by hand. We spend a lot of time answering questions about when to plant what. It’s a slow kind of business, following the seasons as they come and go. Sometimes the birds get into the store and we have to chase them out. Tripuri is a nice place to be, and New Green Park has been a good home for us. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know a thing or two about horticulture. We keep things simple and honest. If a seed isn't going to grow well in this soil, we’ll tell you. It’s more about helping people grow things than just making a sale. We enjoy the work and the people we meet every day. It’s a quiet life, but it’s rewarding to see the gardens blooming around the neighborhood.
