In Patiala, specifically at H No. 4162 in Phase 2 of the Urban Estate, you’ll find the office for Panzara Parisar Farmers Producer Company Limited. It’s a typical house in the estate, nothing that stands out from the outside. We’ve turned a couple of the rooms into our workspace. There’s a lot of coming and going because being a producer company means we’re always talking to different farmers. We try to keep things organized, but with so many different people involved, the desk usually ends up covered in handwritten notes and receipts. It’s a busy life. We deal with everything from getting the right supplies to figuring out where the harvest is going to go. Patiala is a good base for us, and being in Phase 2 means we’re easy to find for anyone coming in from the surrounding villages. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or a big PR team. It’s just us, working through the daily chores of running a business that belongs to the farmers themselves. Sometimes we stay late under the tube light, trying to finish the accounts, and other times we’re out in the fields seeing things for ourselves. It’s a bit of a balancing act. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward for everyone involved. We don't worry about being the biggest, just about being there.
