We are based at 111 Malwa Calony. Ram Parshad Ashish Kumar is just a small operation run by a couple of us who have lived in this area for a long time. Our space is tucked away in the colony, so it’s not like we get a lot of random walk-in traffic from the main road. Most people who deal with us already know where we are. We handle basic trading and supplies, nothing too complicated. The office is small and usually has a calendar on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team writing things for us. When we have work to do, we just sit down and get it done. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. It’s a friendly place to be. We try to keep our prices fair and our word solid. If we say we’ll have something ready by Tuesday, we do our best to make that happen. There isn't any secret to how we operate; it's just about being consistent and showing up every day. We’ve had the same phone number for years, and people know they can reach us if they need anything. It’s a simple, local business that fits right into the neighborhood and we plan to stay here for a while.
