Ganesh Commodities

Ganesh Commodities is located at Sco 20/21, right on the Kalka Shimla Highway in Zirakpur. We are very close to the Dolphin Hotel, so it is quite easy to find us if you are driving by. The road outside is always busy with cars and trucks, and the noise is just something we have gotten used to over the years. We handle all sorts of commodities here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we track prices and manage our inventory. There is usually a layer of dust on the windows from the highway traffic, but we try to keep the inside tidy enough. We spend most of our days talking to suppliers and figuring out where things need to go. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the markets are quiet and we just sit and have tea, but other times it’s a total scramble to get everything sorted. We don't use any fancy systems, just our own way of keeping records that has worked for us so far. The staff here is small, and we all know each other’s families by now. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and have a chat about the business. We don't put on any airs or try to act like a big corporation. We are just local people trying to run a steady business on a busy road.
