You can find us at 74-A in Hira Nagar. It’s a standard industrial-looking area where a lot of small businesses are based. We’ve been operating Ishwar Plastopack from this spot for quite a while. The building is a simple structure, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly about plastic and packaging. We have some machines and a lot of storage space for the materials. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, especially when all the equipment is running. The noise is something you just get used to after a couple of days. Hira Nagar is a busy place, with lots of tempos and trucks coming in and out all day. We know most of our neighbors, and we often help each other out if someone needs a hand moving something heavy. Our office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a computer for the billing. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the time, our clothes have a bit of dust on them from the warehouse. We aren't worried about looking polished. We just care about getting the orders packed and sent out on time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just stick to what we know and get the job finished without too much talk.
