So, Ghotra Kahlon Properties Private Limited is located over at House No 205 in Tej Bagh Colony. It is right in the Rai Majra area of Patiala. We have been here for a while, and the office is basically just a part of the local neighborhood. It doesn't feel like a big corporate building because it isn't one. We like it that way. Most of the people we talk to are just regular families or local guys looking for a bit of land. Patiala is a nice place to work, especially around here where everyone knows everyone else. We have a few desks set up and a tea kettle that’s always running. Dealing with property in Punjab means you spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to see spots in Rupnagar or near the colony. My partner handles most of the paperwork while I go out and meet people. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work gets done right and people are happy with where they end up. The house number 205 is easy to spot once you get into the colony. We usually have someone there throughout the day, unless we are all out at a site visit. It is a quiet street mostly, which makes it a good place to sit and talk business without too many distractions.
