Saini Properties Consultants is located right on the Chandigarh Ambala Highway, in the Main Bazar area of Derabassi. If you know the highway, you know it never really gets quiet. There is a constant stream of cars and trucks passing by our front door all day. We spend a lot of our time sitting in the office, talking to people who are looking for a bit of land or maybe a new house to live in. We keep a lot of folders and maps spread out on the table to show people what's available in the area. Derabassi is growing fast, so there is always something new happening with the local plots. We aren't like those big fancy real estate firms you see on TV with the shiny suits. We just know the local area well because we live here. We drink a lot of tea with clients while we discuss prices and locations. Sometimes we have to drive out to show a property, and that’s a nice break from the office. The Main Bazar is a lively place to be, even if parking can be a bit of a headache for us sometimes. We’ve seen the highway change a lot over the years, with new shops and buildings popping up everywhere. Our office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we do our paperwork. We don't use big words or try to push people into things. We just tell them what we know about the land and let them decide.
