Gagnesh Real Estate is located at Showroom No 1 in Tashsil-Patiala. We are right across from Happy Chicken Corner on Dhanshu Road. If you are hungry, you probably know exactly where that is. Our showroom is easy to find, and we spend most of our days there. It is not a huge place, but it works for what we do. Patiala is a place where people talk to each other, so we get a lot of news just by sitting here and listening. We deal with land and houses, mostly just keeping track of what is available on Dhanshu Road and the surrounding parts of town. We are not big on fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just show the properties and help with the forms. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. Being opposite Happy Chicken Corner means we see a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. We have been here for some time now and we have seen how the road has changed. There are more cars and more shops now, but the feel is still the same. We just want to do a decent job and help people out when they come through the door. It is a simple life and a simple business for us. We do not need much more than a desk and a working phone to get through the work day.
