Navdeep Estates

You can find us at Plot No 163 in Urban Estate, Phase II. We are located pretty close to the Puda Building and the State Bank of Patiala, which makes it easier for people to give directions to our place. Phase II is a bit more organized than some other parts of town, but it still has its quirks. Navdeep Estates is run out of this building, and it’s a very functional space. We don’t have any big posters or flashy lights outside. Inside, there are just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend our days talking to people about local plots and houses in the area. The State Bank nearby is always busy, so there is a constant flow of people on our street. Sometimes the parking gets a bit tight near our plot, especially on Monday mornings. We have been here long enough that most people in Urban Estate know where we are. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when the tea guy comes around or when someone drops in to chat. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things honest. It’s a regular local business, nothing more and nothing less, just trying to help neighbors find what they need without any polished sales pitches or big promises.
