R K Engineer

R K Engineer is our small shop in the Village and Post Office area of Sidhpur. We are located in Tehsil Sidhpur and we are quite close to the Jio office. Everyone in the village knows where the Jio office is, so it makes it easy for us to give directions. We do various types of engineering work, mostly fixing machines and doing some small welding or fabrication jobs. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been doing this kind of work for a long time. The workshop is a bit cluttered with scrap metal and old parts, but we usually have what we need to get a job done. Living and working in Sidhpur is pretty slow compared to the city, but there is always a farmer needing a pump fixed or someone with a broken gate. We don't have a website or any big advertisements. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. We sit outside sometimes when it's not too hot and talk to the neighbors as they pass by. It’s a very basic setup with just the essential tools and a place to work. We try to be honest with people about how long a repair will take. We’ve been here for years and we plan to stay for many more. It's just regular, everyday work that helps people keep their equipment running properly.
