Our office is tucked away in Vile Parle East at A/18, Pushanjal Co. Op. Ho. Soc. on Shahaji Raje Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this side of town gets. Being in a housing society makes the office feel a bit more grounded and less like those cold glass towers you see in the city center. Chemtrols Industries Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while. The commute is usually the biggest topic of conversation in the morning. Once we are inside, it’s all about the industry work we handle. The desks are crowded with papers, and there’s always a hum from the air conditioner trying its best against the Mumbai heat. We don’t have a fancy breakroom, just a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different departments and making sure our projects are moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination and technical talk. We aren't really the type to use big words just for the sake of it. We talk like regular people who have a job to do. The neighborhood has its own life, and sometimes we can hear the noise from the school nearby or the traffic on the main road. It’s just our daily reality here in Mumbai-57. We just keep our heads down and get through the checklist.
