Our office is located in the Soares Building on the second floor. It’s right in the Ribander Patto area of Panaji, specifically House No 26/5. If you know the Vinayak P Khartmol spot, we’re right there in that vicinity. We handle things related to heavy equipment and machinery. It’s a lot of paperwork and coordinating parts or service calls. The building is a typical Panaji structure, nothing too modern or flashy. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of files stacked up. Ribander is a busy stretch, especially with the traffic moving toward Old Goa, so it can get a bit loud outside during rush hour. We aren't a flashy company. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day. Being in the 403001 area puts us near a lot of other businesses, which is handy for getting things done. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones get finicky during the rains, but we just deal with it. We’ve got a small staff here, and we’ve all been working together for a bit. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a place where we get the administrative side of the machinery business done. We don't have a showroom here, so it’s mostly just the office side of things. It’s a practical location for us and it works out well enough for what we need to do every day without too much fuss.
