Shrijaya Real Estate

Working out of H.No:541 in Gawlebhat, Chimbel-Goa is mostly what we do every day. Shrijaya Real Estate isn't a huge operation with a bunch of secretaries and marble floors. It’s a house-based setup where we handle the various things that come with real estate. Chimbel is a specific kind of place, and being tucked away here means we see the local side of Goa more than the touristy side. Most mornings start with checking messages and figuring out which property needs looking at or what paperwork is pending. The office space inside the house is simple. We have a few chairs, a couple of desks, and the usual files piled up. It gets a bit warm during the summer months, but we just open the windows and keep moving. We talk to people who are looking for homes or trying to sell theirs, and it’s usually just straightforward conversations about prices and locations. There isn’t any corporate talk here because we aren’t that kind of group. We are just local people working in the area we know well. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we are heading out to a site. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything, just the work we do. It feels right for the neighborhood and the way things move in this part of Goa.
