About Radio Mirchi Times Of India – Tourism in Panjim/ Panaji
Our office is at 48 A Hanumannagar, right across from Senapati Bapat Road in Pune. It’s a very busy part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside our doors. We are part of the Radio Mirchi and Times of India group, but this specific office feels more like a local hub. We have people coming in and out all day. There’s always music playing somewhere in the background, which you’d expect. The space is a bit cluttered with papers, old posters, and recording gear. We don't have a polished corporate look. It’s more of a creative mess. We work long hours because the news and the radio don't really stop. We aren't here to brag about being a big name. We’re just the people who make sure the local stuff gets covered and the station stays on the air. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a second to breathe. It’s a high-energy place, but it’s also very grounded. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the regular traffic patterns on SB Road. We’re just a bunch of Pune locals working in media, trying to keep things interesting for everyone else. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to the pace. The elevator breaks down sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like, but it keeps us awake.
