Our office is located in Ponda, inside the Kurtarkar Nagari complex. Specifically, we are in the G3 unit of the 3A Building in Shantinagar. Ponda is known as the heart of Goa for some, and being in Shantinagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of local activity. The pin code here is 403401. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good while. It’s a standard office setup—nothing too flashy or over the top. We spend our time going through insurance files and talking to people who walk in with questions. It’s a steady kind of work. The building itself is easy to find if you know the area, but parking can be a bit tight during the peak hours. We aren't a massive call center; we are just the local team here in Ponda. There are usually a few of us at the desks, and we try to keep things as organized as possible. Some days the paperwork piles up, but we just chip away at it. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the bigger cities, which is nice. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the shopkeepers and residents nearby over the years. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job for whoever comes through the door. Nothing fancy, just the daily insurance business happening right here in the neighborhood.
