Clinical Research Associate

I’ve been working as a clinical research associate from my flat here in Ponda for a while now. It’s Building Number 7 in the Housing Board Colony. It’s quiet mostly, except when the neighbors are loud. I spend a lot of time on my computer checking data and making sure all the medical reports are right. It’s not a fancy office, just my dining table and some files piled up. Most people in Amrai don't really know what I do, they just see me coming and going with my bag. Living in Curti is okay, it’s away from the main city mess but still close enough if I need to get things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and I have to wait to sync my files. It’s a lot of reading and triple-checking things because mistakes in research aren't good. I go through many cups of tea during the day. The building is a bit old, but it’s home and work combined. I don't have a big team here, it's just me handling the local side of things. I have to keep track of patients and trials, which means lots of phone calls and spreadsheets. Some days are just boring paperwork, other days I'm running around. It’s a job like any other, keeping me busy until the evening when I can finally step out for a walk around the colony roads.
