Ashray Constructions

Ashray Constructions is based in Pernem, Goa. We are specifically in the Gauthanwada area of Alorna. It’s a quiet village, very different from the beaches. Our office is just a small room at the front of a house. We have a couple of desks and a lot of measuring tapes and hard hats lying around. We spend most of our time out at the construction sites, so the office is often empty until the evening. We are local people. We know the soil and the weather in this part of Goa. We started small, just doing repairs, and then we grew into doing full constructions. We don't have a fancy logo or a big office building. We just have our reputation in the village. Sometimes we have to wait for materials to arrive from the city, which can take forever. We just use that time to plan the next step. It’s a slow and steady way of working. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers. We just build solid homes for people. The air in Alorna is fresh and we like being out here. If you come by, you might find us sitting outside under the tree talking about the next project. We don't do big presentations. We just show people what we have built. It’s honest and it’s what we know how to do.
