At A. V. Overseas, we’ve got our setup at 798 Huda Sector 11. It’s a pretty standard building in a busy part of the city. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the sector. Most of our work involves coordinating stuff going overseas, so there is a lot of checking schedules and making sure the labels are right. It’s not the kind of place with fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. It’s more about desks piled with folders and the sound of the printer going off every five minutes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with agents and suppliers. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper around, but that paper represents a lot of stuff moving across the world. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we get used to it. Lunch is usually a quick break before getting back to the screens. Sector 11 has a lot of other businesses too, so there’s always people coming and going. We don’t really do much marketing or anything; we just handle the jobs as they come in. If someone stops by, they’ll see we are just a small group of people working together to keep the shipments on track. It's a simple operation, really, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the task in front of us.
