Samrath Hair Saloon

Our shop, Samrath Hair Saloon, is right there at Shivaji Chowk in Malsiras. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic going by, so there’s always something to look at through the window. We’ve been at this address in Sholapur for some years. It’s not a big place, but it gets the job done for the people living nearby. I usually start the day by cleaning the mirrors and setting out the towels. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, but we manage to get through the day. People stop by for a haircut or maybe a quick shave before they head off to work or a family wedding. We know most of the faces that walk through the door. It’s nice to catch up on the local news while I work. The floor is a bit worn down from people walking in and out, but that’s just how it is. We don't have any big signs or anything, just the name on the front of the building. I think people like that it’s straightforward. No one is trying to sell you extra stuff you don’t need. You come in, you get your hair cut, and you go. Sometimes we have a radio playing in the corner, mostly just some old songs. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We stay open pretty late if there’s a line of people waiting. It is just a normal shop.
