Shri Mangal Restaurant & Hotel

Our place, Shri Mangal Restaurant & Hotel, is right on the Falna Main Road. We are directly opposite the railway station, so we see a lot of people coming and going from the trains. It’s a busy spot because of the location. People often come in looking tired from their travels and just want a place to sit down and eat a hot meal. We also have rooms for those who need to stay the night before catching an early train the next day. The building is simple and we keep things functional. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it serves its purpose for the folks passing through Falna. In the kitchen, we keep busy making common dishes that everyone likes. The sound of the trains is something you just get used to after a while. Sometimes the platform announcements are so loud they drift right across the road into our front door. My family and the staff spend most of our hours here, making sure there is water in the rooms and food on the tables. It is a lot of routine work, day in and day out. We see many strangers every day, and once in a while, someone stops to tell us where they are headed. It makes the day go by a bit faster. We are just a local business trying to keep things running for the people who need a break.
