Shree Vardhman Tent House

Shree Vardhman Tent House is near the Old Bus Stand. If you pass the Police Thana Road, you’ll see our stacks of poles and folded cloth. It’s 306401 here. It’s a bit messy because of the work we do. Tents are heavy and the fabric gets dirty from the wind. We spend a lot of time washing the drapes and drying them out in the sun. My workers are good guys, they know how to pitch a tent fast when the rain is coming. We don’t do much advertising. People just know us from the old bus stand area. I’ve lived in this part of town my whole life. The road gets dusty when the buses pull in and out. Sometimes we sit on the folded chairs out front when there isn't much to do. We keep the inventory in a small shed behind the main office. It’s mostly pipes and ropes. When a big wedding comes up, we don’t sleep much. We’re out there at 4 AM setting up. Then we have to take it all down again a day later. It’s tiring work. My back hurts some days but that’s just how it is. We’re just a local tent place trying to get the jobs done. If someone needs a pandal or some chairs, they just walk in and ask. We tell them the price and that's it. It’s honest work and we keep at it year after year.
