We are based in Sheoganj over in Ranawat Colony. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, so it is a nice place to work without too much distraction. Our office is part of a small building and we have a little space out front where we can park a couple of bikes. Inside, the walls are painted a light cream color and we have some basic furniture. There is a big window that lets in a lot of breeze during the evenings which is nice. We have a couple of cupboards where we store our files and a plain table for the computer. The neighborhood is friendly and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops every day. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together at the main table. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we don't feel the need to rush things most of the time. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there is a lot to do, but usually, we are out by six. It is a comfortable setup that works well for us. We have a small radio that we play at a low volume just to have some background noise while we work through the tasks. Sometimes the birds outside the window get a bit noisy in the afternoon.
