Point India Agency is located over at the intersection of Mandia Road and Navlakha Road, at number 40. It is a busy spot, and there is always something happening right outside the door. We aren’t a huge operation, just a small agency trying to get things done. The office is pretty small and can get a bit cluttered with all the papers and supplies we keep on hand. We’ve been at this location for quite some time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We handle various agency tasks, mostly things that require a lot of attention to detail and patience. The building itself is older, and it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a door that sticks in the heat. We don’t mind it much because it feels like home to us. Our staff is small, just a few people who have worked together for a long time. We don’t use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them out with whatever they need. It is a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work for the people who come to see us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of walk-ins, but we just take it one person at a time. It is a local business through and through, and we plan to stay that way for a long time.
