Pipaji Fabrics

Our shop is tucked away in Rajiv Colony, specifically at plots 58 and 59 on Mandia Road. Pipaji Fabrics has been a part of this neighborhood for a while now. When you walk in, you’ll see rolls of different materials stacked up pretty high against the walls. It isn't a massive showroom with bright lights, but we have enough space to show people what we have in stock. The morning usually starts with sweeping the front and getting the fabric displays sorted. Being on Mandia Road means we get a lot of local traffic, people just stopping by on their way home to see if we have anything new. We deal with all kinds of cloth, some for daily wear and some for special things. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we manage. The fans keep things moving during the hot afternoons. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy marketing. Most of our day is spent measuring out meters of fabric and talking to the regulars who have been coming here for years. It is honest work and the colony feels like home to us. If the rain is heavy, the street gets a bit muddy, but people still find their way to us. We just keep things simple and focus on the stock we have on the shelves and helping neighbors.
