Inder Kumar

My name is Inder Kumar and I live and work out here in Bali Radawa. It’s not a big city like Delhi or Mumbai, so things move a bit slower around here. I don’t have a fancy business name or a big office building. I just use my own name because that’s who I am and that’s who people are dealing with. My day usually starts early, and I spend a lot of it just managing the various things that need doing. There isn’t a lot of complicated technology or big systems here. It’s mostly about talking to people and making sure I keep my word on whatever we’ve agreed to. Bali Radawa is a small place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so you can't really hide behind a corporate mask anyway. I like it that way. My setup is very basic, just a desk and a chair in a room that stays cool in the summer. I don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. I just wake up, do the work, and try to be fair with everyone. Sometimes the internet is a bit spotty, and things don't always go according to plan, but that’s just life in a place like this. It’s honest work and I’m glad to be doing it under my own name. It’s simple, practical, and it keeps me busy enough without any extra stress.
