Dushyant Nyas

Over here at V D S Nagar, at number 78, you’ll find Dushyant Nyas. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which is nice for the kind of work we do. A 'Nyas' is basically a trust, so we deal with a lot of community-related things and paperwork that goes along with that. It’s not a high-pressure office environment. We have a few old chairs in the waiting area that have been there since we opened. The walls are covered with old calendars and some photos from local events we’ve been part of. It feels very much like a neighborhood spot. We don't have a big team, just a couple of people who have lived in this area for a long time. We know most of the families around V D S Nagar by name. When someone stops by, we usually end up talking about the weather or the local news before getting down to business. It’s a slower pace of life here compared to the main city center. We don’t spend money on advertising because everyone around here already knows where we are. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the files get a little mixed up and it takes us a minute to find what we need. It’s a very human way of doing things, nothing too polished or professional-sounding. We’re just here to help out where we can and make sure the trust handles its responsibilities correctly for the neighborhood.
