We don't have a big team of people; it’s more of a personal or small family-run type of thing. Usually, the day starts with a bit of cleaning and then we see who comes by throughout the morning. The weather in this part of Rajasthan can be very dry and extremely hot, so we try to stay in the shade as much as we can during the middle of the day. We don't use any big words or have a complicated way of doing business here. If someone wants something, we talk it over and see if we can help them out. It’s a very traditional way of living and working that hasn't changed much. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there is a nice sense of community in Virabas. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous around here. We just want to do our job well enough that people respect us and the name. The address is easy to find if you are local, but visitors might have to ask around a bit to get the right door. We’ve been here for a long time and we genuinely like the slow pace of life in Sojat City.
