Pbs Technologies is located over at Unit No 1 in Building 1c of the Rajprabha Mohan Industrial Estate. If you know the area, it's a typical industrial spot with lots of trucks and activity throughout the day. We’ve been here for a bit now. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a lot of decor or interior design. We have our equipment, some desks, and a small space for breaks. It gets a little loud sometimes with the other units nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. The team here just focuses on what needs to be finished by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work right so we don't have to redo it later. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how things go without needing many instructions. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for a long day at the industrial estate. Sometimes the power flutters or the internet acts up, but we manage. It’s a practical setup for people who work with their hands and heads. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. Everything we have is there because we need it to work. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by people who are also just trying to make a living. It’s a grounded atmosphere.
