Balsara Computer Services

Balsara Computer Services is located at Shop No 130/133 in Ostwal Shoppi. We are in Bhayander East, over near Chinchwadgaon, right opposite the railway station. Being across from the station means it’s always loud and crowded, but it’s convenient for people getting off the train. We have two shop units joined together, which gives us a bit more room for all the hardware and parts we keep on hand. Computers are messy things when you take them apart, so the benches are usually covered in screws and cables. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The morning rush from the station is always something to see. We open up, tidy up a bit, and then start on the repairs that came in the day before. There’s no shiny showroom here. It’s a working shop. We talk to people about their machines in plain English because that’s what makes sense. If something can’t be fixed, we just say so. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. The building itself, Ostwal Shoppi, has all sorts of businesses, so there’s always someone stopping by to say hello. It feels like a real community hub. We just keep our heads down and focus on the screens and the keyboards. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. Some days the noise is a bit much, but we manage.
