Our Mumbai branch for Sterling & Wilson Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Poonam Sagar Complex on Mira Road East. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 305 of the B Wing in Omsai Enclave. Mira Road is a busy area, and being in a large complex like Poonam Sagar means there is always a lot of movement around us. We chose this spot because it is reachable for the staff and keeps us within the Mumbai 49 zone. The office is basically a converted apartment, which is pretty common for businesses in this part of the city. We have our computers set up and shelves full of project documents. It can get a bit noisy with the construction nearby and the kids playing in the complex, but we don't mind it much. It feels like real life. We spend our days coordinating with various sites and making sure our records are up to date. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of us sitting at our desks and getting the job done. We usually grab food from the local stalls nearby or bring stuff from home. It is a simple, hardworking environment. We focus on our daily list of tasks and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as it can in a busy place like Mumbai.
