Elmech Engineers

Elmech Engineers is located at Gala No. 109 in the Vora Industrial Estate No. 4 in Vasai East. We are quite close to the Onida factory, which is a big landmark in this area. Navghar is a busy place full of small workshops and industrial units. Our gala is where we do all our mechanical assembly and work. It is not a massive space, so we have to keep our tools and machines organized or we would run out of room very quickly. We have some older lathes and equipment that we use every day. The commute out to Vasai can be a long one for some of us, but we have been doing it for years now. Most of the people working in this estate know each other by name. We often help each other out if someone needs a specific tool or an extra hand with a heavy piece of equipment. The air always has that smell of metal and grease which is common in industrial parks. We keep the big metal shutter open during the day to let some air circulate through the workspace. On the weekends, we usually spend some time cleaning up the floor and sorting through the scrap metal. It is just honest, hard work in a very busy part of town. We do not do much talking about ourselves; we just let the work speak when it is finished.
