Our company, Netway Home Products India Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot N.- 2 & 3 in the Koalgao area. We are on Sarve N.- 243/295 in Genesis, Palgar East. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but we needed the space for the products we make. We are right near Eu Medicament, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Thana district is large, and we are in a spot that’s becoming more industrial every year. We started this place with just a few machines and a small crew. Now we have two plots and a bit more room to breathe. We make things for the home, simple items that people use every day. It’s not glamorous work. The warehouse gets very hot in the summer, and we have to keep the fans going all day long. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages. We know everyone’s name and their families. We don’t have a big corporate office in the city. Our desks are right next to where the packing happens. It’s noisy and there’s always something being moved around on a pallet jack. We just try to make good products that won't break the first time someone uses them. It’s a practical business and we spend more time on the floor than in meetings. We just want to do our job and go home to our families.
