You can find Unique Kitchenware Steel at Unit No. 1, Survey No. 70 in Waliv. We are right opposite the I Pole, which is what we tell everyone when they’re trying to find us in Vasai East. It’s a manufacturing area, so there’s always a lot of activity with metal being shaped and polished. Our unit is where we spend all our time, surrounded by the smell of steel and the sound of hammers or presses. We make all kinds of kitchen items that people use every day without thinking twice about them. It’s hot work, especially in the summer, but we take it as it comes. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy board of directors; we’re just a bunch of people who know how to work with steel. We check the items one by one to make sure there aren't any obvious flaws before we box them up. The area around Waliv is always growing, and we’ve seen more units pop up nearby, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because the real work happens on the shop floor. We just want to make sure the kitchenware we produce is sturdy and does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a simple life, focused on production and getting orders out on time to the wholesalers. We just keep making what people need.
