Tuffware Industries

We've been at Shreenath Industrial Estate for a while now. Navghar Road gets busy, but we like it here in Bhayandar. People usually just call us Tuffware. Most of our day is spent handling the machines and checking on the stock. It's a bit noisy in the estate, but that's how it goes in manufacturing. My brother and I started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. We make kitchen stuff, mostly pressure cookers and pans. It's not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding unit sixteen, so we end up standing out on the road to wave them in. It's hot during the summers, but the chai stall around the corner is good. We focus on making things that don't break the first time you use them. We've got a small team here, maybe ten people on a good day. We all live nearby, so it’s a short commute. When we aren't working, we're usually just tidying up the warehouse or talking to the shopkeepers who come by to pick up their orders. If you're coming from the station side, just keep heading down Navghar Road until you see the big gates. We aren't big on fancy websites or advertisements. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. That’s pretty much how it’s been since the start. It's honest work and we're glad to be part of the local community here.
