We spend most of our days here in Building 3/5 at the Sampada Sagar Manthan Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot on Sativali Road in Vasai East. Hi-Tech Moulds & Dies Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a while now. We make various types of moulds and dies for different uses. The shop floor is usually quite loud with the machines running. We have a small crew that knows how to handle the metal work. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when several orders come in at once, but we manage to get through it. The location in Bhoidapada is handy because a lot of other industrial shops are nearby, so we can get supplies pretty easily. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It's mostly just the workspace and where we store the finished parts. People stop by to discuss their specific requirements or just to check on how a job is progressing. Most of us have been working in this trade for years. We just try to do the work right so the parts fit where they are supposed to. It is honest work, day in and day out. Sometimes the weather in Vasai gets really humid, which makes working in the shed a bit tough, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the accuracy needed for the dies because even a small error can mess up the whole batch. That's about it for us.
