Prestige Castings Pvt Ltd is located at Plot No 01 in the Sheela Ind. Complex. Being at the first plot makes it easy for people to find us when they drive in. The complex is a bit old, but it’s sturdy. Our unit is mostly taken up by the casting equipment and the storage for the raw materials. It’s a loud place, to be honest. There’s always the sound of metal or machines running in the background. It gets quite warm too, especially when we are in the middle of a production run. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about getting a bit of grease or dust on them. That’s just part of the job here. The office part is just a small corner separated by a glass partition, and even then, you can still hear everything going on outside. We do our billing and scheduling from there. The staff has been around for a while, so we all know the drill. We start early to beat the heat and usually finish up by late afternoon. The Sheela Ind. Complex is a busy spot with lots of different factories, so there’s always something happening. We just keep our heads down and focus on the castings. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. It's just a factory doing what factories do and we’ve been here a long time.
