Our shop is at 107 in the Mahavir Indl. Estate. If you know the area, we're right across from the Malad Indl. Estate in Kanchpada. It’s a busy part of Malad West. Celltone Home Appliances has been here for years. The place is usually full of spare parts, boxes, and various machines waiting to be looked at. It’s not the quietest spot to work, but it’s where we need to be. We deal with all sorts of home stuff—fridges, stoves, things like that. Most days it's just about diagnosing why a motor isn't turning or finding a specific part that’s been discontinued. It’s a lot of troubleshooting. We have a small counter where people come in to ask questions. It’s often cluttered with manuals and tools. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. Most folks find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could help with a broken appliance. The floor is concrete and it’s seen better days, but it’s practical for moving heavy stuff around. We try to keep things moving so we don't have a backlog. Sometimes we’re waiting on a part from across town, and there's not much to do but wait. We just focus on the task at hand. It's straightforward work. No one here wears a suit. We just get our hands dirty and try to get the machines working again. It's just a regular local business for local people.
