We are located at Mira Road, in the Poonam Sagar Complex. Our office is A-303 in the Vasundhara II building. It’s officially part of the Thane district, but it feels like an extension of Mumbai with how busy it gets. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, focusing on international trade and handling various goods. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with shipping documents and making sure things are moving through the ports correctly. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us who know the business and try to keep things on track. Mira Road has changed a lot since we first moved in, with so many new buildings coming up all around us. Some days we are flooded with work and the phones don’t stop, while other days are a bit more relaxed. We deal with all sorts of items depending on what our clients need. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with the shipping lines, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't here to make any grand promises or anything like that. We just do our daily work, manage the exports and imports, and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos. It’s a regular, honest living for us in this corner of the state.
