You can find Ritheya Technologies India Private Limited at Onaparambath, house number 7/485. It’s not your typical corporate office setup, which is something we actually like. It feels more like a workshop than anything else. We’ve got our equipment spread out across a couple of rooms. The floor is tile and it stays pretty cool, which is lucky. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to call us when they're nearby to find the exact gate. It's a simple place. We spend a lot of time talking about how to fix things or get things moving. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when the power goes out, which happens now and then. We just wait it out and talk. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for the occasional motorbike passing by. We like that we can just focus on what we're doing without a lot of distractions. We've got a little kitchen area where we make coffee, and that's usually the center of the office. It’s a bit lived-in and definitely not fancy, but it serves us well. We just show up every morning, do what we need to do, and head home in the evening. We've been here since the start and it works.
