Vishnug

Out here in Polpully, Palakkad, things move a bit slower, which is fine by us. We operate out of a place called Illathkalam. It’s a very traditional Kerala setting, and Vishnug is the one who handles the day-to-day operations. You won't find any glass skyscrapers here; it’s mostly green fields and quiet roads around the post office. Our workspace is part of the house, which makes it feel very personal. We’ve got our setup in a room that looks out onto the trees. It’s not a fancy corporate office with air conditioning running all day. Most of the time, we just have the windows open and the fan going. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just work. We take care of the details and try not to make mistakes. Being in a rural part of Kerala like Chittur means we have to be resourceful. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s a very down-to-earth way of running things. We don't have a big logo or any posters on the wall about how great we are. We just focus on showing up and doing the job.
