Revathy Systems

We are based in Koduvayur, which is a small area in the Palakkad district. Our office is in Marangad House on H.S. Road, right near the post office. It’s a quiet spot, and we’ve been working out of here for quite a while. We handle technical systems, mostly doing things like computer repairs and helping people set up their small office networks. It isn’t a big company with many departments. It’s usually just us responding to calls from people in the neighborhood who have a problem with their electronics. We spend a lot of time on our motorbikes going from one house to another. The road outside can get a bit congested, but we know the shortcuts around Palakkad. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Our workspace is full of tools, spare cables, and half-finished projects. We just focus on getting things fixed so people can get back to their work. It’s a practical job and we enjoy the technical side of it. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive from the city, but we try to keep our customers updated. Most of the people around here know us by name. We don’t do any real advertising; word of mouth is usually enough to keep us busy. It’s just a local service for local people, run out of a simple house on the main road. We keep things moving as best as we can every day.
