Revin Techno Solutions Private Limited is located at a house called Krishna Santhoshi. It’s House No. 18/810 in Sakthinagar, which is in the Chedayankalai area of Kanjikode. Palakkad is known for being quite hot, and Kanjikode is an industrial hub, so it’s a very practical place to be. We work out of this house rather than a big industrial unit. It makes the environment feel a lot more relaxed and less like a factory. We focus on technical solutions and we’ve been at it for a while now. Most of the people here live nearby, so we don't have long commutes. We start our day early before it gets too warm outside. The office setup is simple. We have a few rooms dedicated to work and a small space for breaks. It’s a very straightforward way to run a company. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. We just show up and do the work that’s on the schedule. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or other small local issues, but we just work around them. It’s part of living and working in this part of Palakkad. We like being in Sakthinagar because it’s a quiet residential neighborhood but still close to the main roads. Revin is just a small group of us trying to make a go of it here in Kanjikode.
