Hexenion Technologies Private Limited is located over in Erimayur, Palakkad. Our spot is House No 17/121. It’s a bit different from those big tech parks you see in the news. It’s much more of a local, neighborhood vibe here. We work out of this house and it makes for a very different workday compared to a high-rise building. You can hear the local sounds of the village and the birds, which is a nice change from city traffic. The team here is small and we all know each other well. There’s no hierarchy or boss breathing down your neck every five minutes. We just have our tasks and we get them done. The workspace is simple, mostly just some sturdy desks and our systems. Being in Palakkad, the heat can be something else during the summer, but we manage. We aren’t a fancy company with a lobby or a dedicated coffee machine. We usually just make our own or get some from the house kitchen. It’s a practical way to work and it keeps our heads clear. We’ve been in Erimayur for some time now and the locals are used to seeing us around. It’s just a honest place to work where we focus on the technology side of things without any of that corporate fluff people usually talk about. We like the quiet here because it helps us concentrate on the details that matter to our projects.
