Emiraaz Technologies Llp

We’ve been running Emiraaz Technologies Llp out of this spot at No.11/23 Cherath Valappil for a bit now. It’s located in Kollannur, right near the Eravakkad Po. Most days are pretty quiet here, which helps when you’re trying to focus on tech stuff. The office is just a regular place, nothing fancy or over-the-top. We have our desks set up and the coffee machine usually runs out of water by noon. It’s a local operation, so everyone knows where we are if they need to drop by. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens, but we try to step outside for air when the sun isn't too hot. There’s a lot of paperwork and small tasks that keep us busy until late evening. The building itself is sturdy and has been here for a long time. People around Eravakkad are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. It’s not a big corporate skyscraper, just a workspace where we get things done. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when the desk gets cluttered with cables and notebooks. That’s pretty much how we spend our weeks here in Kollannur.
